How long does the repair take?
Most repairs take around 4–5 weeks from the time we receive your jacket. Once your item arrives, we confirm receipt and give you a clear estimated return date before any work begins.
How do I send my bag to you?
Once you approve the estimate and pay the booking fee, we send you a prepaid QR-code postage label. You can drop your bag at any Post Office, no printer neede
Is my bag safe during postage?
Yes. All items are sent using tracked delivery, and return postage is tracked and signed for, so you’re kept informed at every stage.
What if the final cost changes after inspection?
After inspecting your jacket, we’ll confirm the final price before starting any work. No repairs begin without your approval, so there are no surprises.
Do you repair designer or high-end leather bags?
Yes. I work on designer, vintage and high-value leather jackets, using specialist techniques to protect the finish, colour and structure.
What if I don't agree with the price increase after paying a booking fee?
Once I’ve received the jacket, If I think more work is required to repair it, I will let you know of any price increase before I start. If you don’t want to go ahead, I will refund your booking fee, however I’ll deduct a delivery fee to return the item back to you.
Can you match the original colour of my bag?
In most cases, yes. We carefully colour-match to achieve the closest possible result and will always explain what’s achievable before proceeding.
What types of damage can you repair?
We repair scuffs, scratches, fading, colour loss, cracked leather & worn panels.If you’re unsure, simply send photos and we’ll advise.
Do you repair stitching?
No. Unfortuneatly I do not offer stitching related repairs, I mainly focus on leather restoration.
What happens if I decide not to go ahead after getting a quote?
There’s no obligation to proceed after receiving your estimate. If you choose not to continue, you don’t send your jacket and no further action is required.
Do you accept customers outside London?
